We're glad you're here!

You may be wondering: "How do I know if I'm a perfectionist?" Or "Am I the right fit for Beyond Perfect?"

At Beyond Perfect, we are best situated to support high-achieving women who feel stuck in the perfectionist cycle. If you’re curious if that describes you, please take a few minutes to watch the short video below – doing so will give you a much better sense for whether you identify as a perfectionist and if Beyond Perfect is the right fit for you.

While many participants of Beyond Perfect identify strongly as perfectionists, others see perfectionistic patterns or tendencies in only one or a few areas of their lives. Some have even participated as a way to become better managers or partners for those on their teams or in their lives who identify as perfectionists.

The group of high-achieving women in Beyond Perfect are typically excited to tackle perfectionism in a range of areas. Some may join primarily to reduce perfectionism in their work, while others may have a focus on parenting and their romantic relationships. Still others have focused on their physical appearance, their home lives, their friendships, their creative endeavors or their spiritual lives – or all of the above! Participants in Beyond Perfect often come to the group wanting to work on perfectionism in specific aspects of their lives and report making progress in those areas. Often, however, participants identify that perfectionism is at work in other aspects of their lives that they had little awareness of when they started the program.
