When I stopped trying to achieve "perfect," I was surprised to experience…


Success…According to the standards that I defined

Belonging…Letting friends and colleagues see all of me, not just the polished parts of me

Pride…For deciding to prioritize warmth and love over a standard of perfection

Energy…By choosing self-care over exhaustion and constant productivity

Satisfaction…Experiencing what it means to live life fully in line with my values


We think that it’s being perfect that will give us these things. When really they are found in living a life aligned with who we truly are.
